So, last night, Royce and I were talking about marriage and the future and things like that.

And he mentions, offhand, that he wants to take my last name. He says he has no connection to his (it's not his father's name), and he wants continue my dad's line, rather than his.

Aw. Aw. I love him so much.

I am definitely planning to keep mine regardless - it just seems like way too much of a pain to change it, especially for work purposes.

I wonder what the technical rules are if you keep your name - do you become a Mrs anyway? Do you perforce remain a Ms? Interesting etiquette questions, whee!
