And I can't figure out how to shift my text box in my main lj page to the right or left! Something tells me there's a massive html programming thing I have to do to tweak it so it's exactly what I want, but I can't find it!

Here. (http://www.livejournal.com/users/howto/11050.html) you have to tweak it a little- the bottom value should be 0% 0% for the bground, and the margins have to be messed with, but that's the basic code.
Actually, I'm not from the PPC board, although I PPCed with Thalia (and later, Aranel) a very long time ago. Something having to do with minty green Orcses (don't ask). Mostly I hail from OFUM. The only reason I friended you was because I noticed I was on your friends list, heh. Well, we must know each other somehow...
About the layout...hmm. Would be either something involving the Sea, or Legolas. Possibly both. Can I send you a picture I like and we can figure out what to do with it?
