Owowowowowow. My cramps are so bad that I was literally shaking during my math final. I probably screwed the whole thing up from being completely unable to concentrate because OW.

hot tea, hot bath, heating pad, and resting.
i'm on medicated pills - maybe talk to your doctor about that if you can or something. I'm on naproxen for my cramps. they unfortunately put me out like nothing else, but they work.
