Oh, I totally agree re: accuracy of... really anything about the character, though "He fell asleep in Edison's electric chair" made me giggle something fierce. I just wish fandom would start popping up with a few Tesla fics here and there... I'd even take Druitt stuff for a second choice.
I love this series like crazy. Not one, but three older male characters who are insanely brilliant, snarkily but (mostly) politely funny, and range from "Hi, I will make you feel very stupid but don't worry about it" to "If I were any more a dick I'd be the mayor of Dicksville."
I gotta love a series which lets me thoroughly indulge in my somewhat questionable taste in men. :D
